Club Training Times

Our swimmer’s follow an Individual Medley training plan, which follows 2 mesocycles per swimming season, that runs from August to July the following year.

Squad’s training vary in intensity, volume and focus.

Squads:
A Squad - Up to 5 hours pool time per week + Land Training 1 hour
B Squad - Up to 5 hours pool time per week + Land Training 1 hour
C Squad - Up to 4 hours pool time per week + Land Training 1 hour
Masters - 1 hour pool
